About the doctor
Dr. Catherine Izuyon
Dr. Catherine Izuyon is a qualified optometrist whose career has been rooted in public health. As the main eye-care doctor at a government-owned health centre, she led the eye clinic single-handedly — examining patients of every age, dispensing spectacles, screening for glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy, and referring surgical cases to specialist hospitals.
That experience built a practice style that is calm, efficient and deeply practical. She believes good eye care should be explained in plain language, affordable, and available to families who might otherwise wait until their sight is already failing.
How she practises

Every consultation begins with listening, and ends with a plan you understand.
Thorough examination

Evidence-based
Care that follows current optometric and public-health best practice.
